The 1MinMeditation is a great way to enjoy immediate calm anywhere and in under 60 seconds. A breathing technique that I learned in Thailand during my Yoga training reduced the anxiety that I had around meditation and served as a relief during extremely stressful situations. Directions:

Step 1 : Sitting comfortably close your eyes and place your 4 fingers (excluding thumb) over your eyes blocking out light (do not press on eyelids just place).

Step 2 : Place thumbs on ears to block sound

Step 3 : Inhale through your nose and exhale through the nose humming on the exhale which you will feel in the back of your throat

Step 4 : After you are finished remove hands with eyes still closed and slowly open your eyes.

This can be done once or in rounds of 3
